Standardization of processes and management has been the goal for many companies, including SCGC. On Dec. 11th 2017, the company brought in Mrs. Liang, a consultant for ISO standardization systems, to give training on ISO9001. She trained company on standardization of company systems and work efficiency. Head Office and company engineers from the gases stations all participated in the training where everyone was very attentive and took numerous notes.
Mrs. Liang introduced the ISO9001 System and how it was developed. Then she gave us a brief introduction of the overall system, emphasizing the modifications of the new ISO version and then guided us through the organizational chart which made the whole process clear. She emphasized that this year SCGC’s major work would be to reorganize the processes and meet the ISO9001 system standardization.
We learned SCGC’s ISO9001 plan from the training and believed that this training could be integrated into our daily work to give standardization and clarity.
